Leading the Health & Wellness team at the Future Ways of Living 2016 summer school in Milan, Italy. Facilitating an interdisciplinary design team and developing foresight strategies for an entire healthcare system which capitalised on big-data and emerging technologies. Key strategy developed is of the digitalisation and automation of non-emergency first diagnostic process to increase access to healthcare services, increase efficiency of care, and reduce wait time. The result of this exercise was captured in the publication Expo Site Milano as a Global Village: Health and Wellness — Better Data and System Integration for Healthier Future (pages: 112–143) by the Institute Without Boundaries, and in the featured documentary film Living in a Global Village.
